Meet Coach Forlahkeh I’ve had 3 C-sections. I’ve lived with PCOS. I spent years in the military training other people while feeling completely disconnected from my own body. That journey — every plateau, every hormonal shift, every reset — is exactly why I coach. I don’t hand you a generic program. I give you what I wish someone had given me: a system built around how your body actually works in this season of your life.

I joined Stayfit in August 2025 after attempting to work out on my own using online videos, which unfortunately resulted in an injury. I wanted a safer and more structured way to incorporate weight training into my overall health and fitness routine. I primarily attend the morning classes, but I appreciate the flexibility of being able to join the evening sessions whenever I miss a morning workout. This option has been incredibly helpful for maintaining consistency. When I signed up for the challenge, I had no clue what was in store for me. All I knew, was that I saw a previous challenge member (ms. Dami) in July and I said, I want that! She looked amazing inside and out. Energy -��. Body�� Skin �� So yes, gluttony and greed got me here lol. Fast forward to 31 days of this intense program, I've experienced a huge shift in how I relate with food. Never in a million years did I think that I could survive without my carbs, especially garri aka garium sulfate and bread but alas, it is POSSIBLE! I have learnt that when we give our body what it needs, it will return the favor and give our mind what it needs. I've learnt that change is possible with the right resources and accountability. How did this challenge help me? It helped me gain my love and confidence in being healthy and fit again. Though I've been a vet with coach for 3 years, I took a break last year. Diving back in was scary and felt uncertain. The challenge was the kickstart I needed. We really went BIG and now I want to keep going. I plan to implement the OMAD lifestyle, fasting, with mindful eating moving forward. Being someone that struggled a lot with calorie counting and fasting, this was a game changer! Coach, take your flowers. Thank you for serving us with such dedication, faith and accountability. Keep raising the bar. We know next challenge will be something serious. 4 Weeks Dress down Challenge Review* Joining this 4 weeks dress down challenge was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. I had hit a plateau in my weight loss journey and needed something to help me restart and stay consistent. The first few days were definitely tough, but once I got into the rhythm, everything started to make sense, my body began to respond, and my mindset shifted. I learned so much about how little things make a big difference, like the importance of proper sleep, drinking enough water, and walking more. I became more creative with my meals, eating more vegetables and proteins, and my sugar cravings reduced significantly. Beyond the physical results, I feel stronger, lighter, and more energized. My cramps have drastically reduced, my skin is glowing, and my mood swings have lessened. The accountability in the group and the meal ideas made it easier to stay on track, and I truly felt supported throughout the process. My original goal was to lose 10 lbs, but I ended up losing 13 lbs, which was an amazing bonus! Most importantly, this experience reminded me that it’s not just about a challenge; it’s about building a lifestyle. The changes I’ve seen, especially in my monthly cycle and overall energy, have motivated me to keep going beyond these 4 weeks. Thank you for creating a program that truly works, not just for the body, but for the mind and spirit too.

The 4 week to dress down challenge is a very good but challenging thing to do. In the beginning it was really hard for me because I’m not someone that remembers to eat veggies but this challenge helped me prioritize my veggies and protein more than carbs. When I started the challenge I was wearing an XL but now for most clothes that are correctly XL I am not wearing a Large or even using a belt or needle and thread to adjust the waist. I’m so glad I joined the program cause I haven’t done diet before I usually just exercise and do not see results and then I give up So I’m grateful

I remember calling Coach when I saw the flier for the dress down challenge and I told her my goal- trying to break through a plateau and I mentioned to her that however I can’t pay anyone to tell me what not to eat and that I hope this program is not one that will do that and she laughed and encouraged me to join the challenge ! Lo and behold I did join and the rest they say it’s history. I learnt a lot of things in one month and just to list a few: - That our body does not need so much food to survival yet we load the body with so much food! - You can do anything you put your mind to do!! - With a balanced meal you can definitely reach your goal weight Coach just to let you know: you are the best at this!! it’s amazing how you make everything doable to think I went on vacation in the middle of the challenge and I was still compliant is amazing. Will do this over and over again!

My Honest Review. I have been on a fitness journey with coach for over 3 years now and I can say for a fact that she was called to do this. On my fitness journey, I hit a snag - Plateau and she introduced yet another program which was the dress down challenge. I signed up for it so as to over come the Plateau. Coming into the challenge I did not quite know what I was signing up for until I entered but trust Coach she has a way of letting you face your greatest fears with grace and the “ It’s possible “ mentality. This challenge has taught me a new way to look at food - that it’s a source of fuel and not something to cure your boredom with. It has taught me to eat mindfully and to prioritize nourishment over indulgence. It also taught me to nourish my body with the right type of food. She is an expert at when she does and she continues to build a community of fitness minded people, a community that goes beyond the fitness scope. I will recommend that anyone who has a fitness goal or is looking to take their nutrition seriously to work with her and you will never look back. I have not looked back since 2023.

I will 100% recommend Stayfit fitness Mansfield. ps: They can take care of you virtually too, you don't have to be in Mansfield. they have virtual personal training and virtual fitness camps and also nutrition coaching..... The gym area is well equipped and very neat with functional equipments and great customer service.
